"Every route I design starts with a single question: what would I want to know if I were arriving here for the first time?"
— Biography
Born in Cochabamba in 1988, Daihana spent her childhood between the Altiplano and the valleys of Cochabamba department. She studied tourism management at UMSS before working as a freelance guide for foreign operators — a period she describes as "frustrating: I was selling Bolivia the way others imagined it, not the way I knew it."
In 2020, during the pandemic, she founded Love Bolivia from her apartment in Santa Cruz. The premise was simple: design routes built on field notes, not on brochures. Every route she has published, she has walked personally — most of them multiple times, in different seasons.
She designed the animal-framework in 2022 as a way to help travellers choose by ecosystem and spirit rather than by a list of checkboxes. Today she oversees all route design and handles the majority of initial consultations personally.
