You receive: a day-by-day itinerary PDF, direct booking links for every accommodation, a local contact at each destination, an offline map that works without data, and a direct WhatsApp number active throughout your entire trip. If a road closes, we already know and we've already called ahead.
Before proposing any route, we hold a 45-minute consultation. It is not a sales call — it is an active listening session where we ask questions that booking forms cannot: how many days on your feet before you hit a wall? What does "wildlife" mean to you — seeing or photographing? Is anyone in the group with a history of altitude sickness? What did you leave unfinished on your last South America trip? The answers to these questions determine whether your route goes through Madidi or the Beni pampas, whether you start on the altiplano or leave it for last, and whether the Gran Chaco is a formative experience or a week of unnecessary discomfort. There is no way to know this from reading a form.
We do not have standard routes that we adapt with the client's name. We have a knowledge archive — seasons, access conditions, monthly wildlife behaviour, communities that accept visits and communities that do not, roads that improve and stretches that deteriorate — and on that archive we build each itinerary. The result is that two clients asking for "two weeks of nature in Bolivia" can end up with completely different routes: one in Madidi-Tapir starting from La Paz, another in Pantanal-Jaguar starting from Santa Cruz. The difference is made by the conversation that preceded them.
A LOVEBOLIVIA guide is not someone who drives and points. They are someone who knows why the jaguar crosses the river at that specific meander in August, who the elder in the Izoceño community is who can show the most active giant armadillo burrow, and what the altiplano herders call in Aymara the constellation they use to predict December rains. That knowledge is not in any application. It accumulates from living in the place for decades, and that is what we are offering when we bring in Abel, Marcos, María, or any other member of our team: access to the knowledge that only belongs to someone who has spent their whole life there.
